Polenta Gorgonzola Pizza Recipe:
or
buy a roll of pre-made polenta and slice it up to 1/4 inch pieces.
If on the plate, slice through the center to make 2 thin pie like forms, each 1/4 of an inch thick.
Put the pies or slices into the broiler for 10 minutes on each side to toast
Take out of the oven and while hot rub on butter and crumble
blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese on top. Then sprinkle parmigiano cheese over that and put back into the broiler for 10 more minutes until topping is sizzling.
Serve hot
